About Nina
As a Registered Social Worker (RSW) and Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC), I have extensive experience in the field of mental health and addictions, supporting a wide range of individuals, including young adults, males in addiction, mothers in recovery, people experiencing homelessness, and those navigating health care crisis.
Utilizing a strength-based, empowerment-focused lens, my approach is eclective, creative and collaborative; drawing from modalities such as IFS, CBT, and Narrative Therapy. I deeply value the wisdom our bodies hold and incorporate somatic awareness into my work.
Helping clients foster resilience, build self-awareness, and draw on their own internal capacity for change, each session is tailored to meet the unique needs and goals of the individual. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe to approach vulnerability, explore your inner world, and move toward meaningful and sustainable change.
